    • Items eligible for exchange must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
    • A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all exchange requests.
    • Exchanges can only be made within our designated return window of 15 days from the date of receipt.

  2. Initiating an Exchange:

    • Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with further instructions.

  3. Exchange Procedure:

    • Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.
    • Please ensure that the item to be exchanged is securely packaged and shipped back to us at the provided address.

  4. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.

  5. Expedited Exchange Option:

    • For a quicker exchange process, you may opt to purchase the desired replacement item separately while initiating the return of the original item. Upon receipt and approval of the returned item, we will process a refund accordingly.

  6. Refunds for Exchange:

    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status for the exchange.
    • If the exchange is approved, we will expedite the dispatch of the replacement item.
    • If there is a price difference between the original and exchanged items, we will either refund the excess amount or request additional payment, depending on the circumstances.
