1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

Original packaging and invoice must be included.

 

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size or colour (subject to availability).

If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

 

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping may be prepaid by FABSAY in certain cases.

In other cases, customers may be requested to ship items back using a tracked courier.

 

6. Defective or Damaged Items

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.

 

7. Processing Time

Inspection: 1–3 working days

Refund/Exchange processing: 7–10 working days
